Is there help available when my
restored items are delivered?
The personal customer service representative we have
provided you with, will help you sort through your
garments upon delivery. This is necessary to make sure
you are happy with the goods when they are returned. Our
policy states that you have a period of time in which to
check your items—after which time we can not be
responsible for any claims of damaged or missing goods.
Image Cleaners™
adds a personal touch to the delivery. We just don't
drop the items off at your door step, but at your
request, we will put the clothes back in the appropriate
closets and drawers for you. We will also remove the
plastic and packaging materials from your home and will
help you organize your closets. This will also help us
provide an appropriate inspection of your items while
you are present. Why? - Because we ensure your complete
satisfaction!
What steps does the dry
cleaning industry take to protect our environment?
Long
before recycling was recognized as a critical step
toward preserving our environment, it was practiced by
the dry cleaning industry. We recycle almost
everything—from used cleaning solvent to unclaimed
garments! Click here to

environment.
Does frequent dry cleaning
shorten the life of a garment?
Frequent cleaning actually prolongs the life of a
garment. Ground-in dirt and soil act as an abrasive
causing rapid wear of fibers.

Should I store my clean
garments in the plastic bag they are returned in?
The bags are provided to protect the garment until you
get home. It is best to store garments uncovered

clothes?

garments when properly controlled by a professional dry
